BPI – Automated HR Contract Renewal Demo & Update
- We will provide an update on the first year of operations for each of the new SSCs (CNMS and AAOU)
- We will update on you on Phase II planning – planning schedules for implementing Shared Services in the College of Engineering and Information Technology and Student Affairs.
- We will share data from the new RT ticketing system being used by the departments and SSCs to submit and track requests.
- We will engage in open public dialogue in a roundtable discussion, giving the UMBC Community an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
- We will demonstrate the new Automated Personnel Contract Renewal process.
- We will share results and updates of the TAP (Toolkit for Administrative Professionals) website.
