Phase II moving forward – Who is next?
Join us at our next Town Hall to discuss progress and impact of our first two SSCs. Updates, reactions and metrics for each center.
· We will provide an update on the first six months of operations for each of the new SSCs (AAOU and CNMS).
· We will share data from the new RT ticketing system being used by the departments and SSCs to submit and track requests.
· We will share staff reactions to the services being delivered.
· We will share results and updates of the new TAP (Toolkit for Administrative Professionals) website – your single source for information on administrative tasks at UMBC
· We will update on you on Phase II planning – who is next?
· We will engage in open public dialogue, giving the UMBC Community an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
