Join us at our next Town Hall to discuss progress and impact of our first two SSCs. Updates, lessons learned, and evaluation of the tools we are using.
We will provide an update on the initial launch of each of the new SSCs (AAOU and CNMS).
We will share data from the new RT ticketing system being used by the departments and SSCs to submit and track requests.
We will share early results and updates of the new TAP (Toolkit for Administrative Professionals) website – your single source for information on administrative tasks at UMBC.
We will update on you on Phase II
planning.

dialogue, giving the UMBC Community an opportunity to ask questions and provide
feedback.
