UMBC Parking Services is proud to once again team up with Retriever Essentials for the return of the Food for Fines. This program is scheduled to run from March 31-April 18.
How does this work? Donate any five non-perishable food items and/or five toiletry items and we will reduce one citation (up to a $50 violation) to a warning. Items needed include:
1 - Protein-Based Non-Perishable Items
2 - Microwaveable Foods (Not just Ramen - Non-refrigerated)
3 - Protein Shakes and Bars
4 - Shelf-stable Milk
5 - Toothpaste, Shampoo and Soap
Please note...we cannot accept Toilet Paper and Paper Towels.
All items should be donated to Parking Services (900 Walker Avenue, Suite 107). All donations must be new and unopened. Donations will be accepted from 8 AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday, in our offices. We are closed for lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
Please help us, help those in need. No one should go hungry!
