Mindfulness has been proven to offer a whole host of physical and mental health benefits including but not limited to lowering stress, improving emotional regulation, boosting cognitive abilities, and strengthening relationships. | |

1:00-2:00pm | Guidance Resources (EAP) | Stress-A Way of Life or a Fact of Life? | Virtual (Link coming soon) | Stress affects everybody, but the effects don’t have to be damaging. A certain amount of stress is actually a good thing. This training will describe coping techniques that will help you harness the positive effects of stress without letting the health and other negative consequences interfere with your happiness. |

7:00-8:00pm | Lydia | Barre | RAC 144 | A class focused on strength, stretching, and toning to music inspired by a combination of pilates, yoga, and ballet. In this class you will use light weights and bodyweight to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. |
8:00-8:30pm | Paula | Cycle | RAC 124 | This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle! If you are new to indoor cycling, make sure to get there 10-15 minutes early to be correctly fitted on the bike. |
