PALS Programs is a nonprofit organization creating week-long residential summer camp experiences on college campuses across the country. Volunteers serve as Peers, who are paired 1-1 with a Partner who has Down syndrome for the week. UMBC will host PALS for one week this summer!
The PALS program will take place on campus from June 18-24. Serving can earn up to 100 hours of volunteer service. This is a great experience to add to a resume and is completely free for volunteers. PALS also can assist with volunteer travel costs to get to the campus.
