Even though many of us are back in the office, we're still feeling pretty excited about some of the quarantine hobbies that we picked up. For IES Abroad, that means virtual cooking classes with our colleagues from around the world! Join us on Thursday, February 24th at 11AM CT (12PM EST) to learn how to make that staple of Spanish cuisine: Tortilla Espanola (Spanish Omelette). Pep Ingles, tortilla aficionado and IES Barcelona instructor, will take students step-by-step through the process of preparing this delicious dish, from peeling the potatoes, to the art of flipping the omelette. We know what you're thinking...onions or no onions? It's totally up to you!
