Tell us your story- over dinner
Home-cooked meal and story-telling about promises
Wednesday, September 28, 2016 · 6 - 7:30 PM
Tonight is about telling stories (and eating. Always eating.) As Jesus followers, we are people who learn from an awesome story teller
who told beautiful and confusing stories all the time. And we've found
that God's bigger story of love and hope and redemption finds its way
into our stories, too.
Last week we talked about epic fails- our own and those in Scripture. And we were reminded that even our worst mistakes don't negate God's work.
UP THIS WEEK: Promises! Bring stories of promises you've made and ones that were made to you- whether it turned out well or horribly. And hear some of the promises made to us in Scripture.
So come to tell some stories and hear some, too.
All people and all viewpoints welcome. We really mean that!
