Edward Snowden at JHU Tonight
Description
The former NSA contractor, responsible for the biggest intelligence leak in U.S. history, will headline the 2016 Foreign Affairs Symposium with a broadcast discussion titled "A Live Virtual Discussion with Edward Snowden."
In 2013, the computer analyst leaked thousands of classified NSA documents on U.S. government surveillance to The Guardian.
Snowden currently resides in Russia, where he has temporary asylum. His discussion will be broadcast live to an audience at Shriver Hall.
The [Foreign Affairs Symposium, founded in 1997 by a group of undergraduate students, brings speakers to campus to discuss and debate global affairs and international issues.
