Career Paths for Graduate Students
An event for graduate students during UMBC's Career Week
The Graduate School, PROMISE, and the Career Services Center are sponsoring a career event that solely caters to the needs of graduate students. This "speed networking" styled event will allow graduate students to have conversations with employers and representatives from a variety of sectors, including government, corporate, and academic arenas.
The goal of this session is to expand graduate students’ thinking about employment options in various industries and to inform them about possible career paths available to UMBC graduate students.
You will have the opportunity to network and meet with representatives during the
roundtable discussions. Graduate students are encouraged to bring their resumes, CVs, and/or portfolios.
