PROF-it: UMBC-CCBC Teaching Fellows Program (Fall 2014)
Graduate students/Postdocs: Get Teaching Experience - Paid!
Participation in the PROF-it “Professors-in-Training” program provides graduate students and Postodocs at UMBC with an opportunity to draw upon the partnership between UMBC and the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) to teach a class at one of the campuses of CCBC for the FALL 2014 semester.
These are paid, mentored-teaching experiences. If accepted, you will be added to CCBC’s payroll and will receive a stipend of $2000, and a faculty member from CCBC will serve as your teaching mentor.
