Guest Lecture- Henry L. Judy, Esq

Guests are invited to join CYBR-622 "Global Capabilities & Trends" this week for a guest lecture from Henry L. Judy, Esq. regarding global Internet governance policy. Mr. Judy is co-chair of the Internet Governance Task Force of the Cyberspace Law Committee in the American Bar Association and has done extensive research on internet governance with the United Nations. He is co-author of a forthcoming article on internet governance frameworks.
Bio: Henry L. Judy advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and financial law matters, as well as Federal and state securities, legislative and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on financial institutions, housing finance and technology and e-commerce law. Legislative and regulatory practice emphasizes issues affecting the structure and regulation of financial services firms. Technology and e- commerce practice emphasizes all aspects of electronic commerce law, including federal, state and global privacy and information security law. Privacy and information security practice focuses on financial services and web-based enterprises. Provides counsel to the firm with respect to its own technology contracting.
