The presenter, Laura Odwazny, JD, Legal Counsel to OHRP, Office of the General Counsel, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), will provide information on the specific requirements of the HHS regulations as they apply to research using the Internet and discuss strategies for managing the relevant ethical issues and regulatory considerations, including:
