Pre-PA Society Meeting 6: PA-S & UMBC Aging Services Speaker
Our next meeting will be held Monday, November 20th, from 12-12:50 pm in the Biological Sciences Building, Room 120. We will start off with a 10-15 minute presentation from Cierra O'Keefe, an Undergraduate Coordinator for the Erickson School of Aging Services. The Erickson School's mission is to prepare a community of leaders who will use their education to improve society by enhancing the lives of older adults. Cierra will be introducing and discussing the newly developed Pre-Health Certificate in Aging Management.
For the remainder of our meeting, Karis Feldman will be joining us. Karis is a PA student in her second year at Francis Marion University's PA Program, located in South Carolina. Karis served as the Vice-President of her Pre-PA society while she studied as an undergraduate, and currently serves as the Vice-President for her class' PA program. Karis will be joining us via Skype to tell her story and answer any questions you may have.
Be sure to join us Monday for an informative meeting!
