Focused Conversation with STRIDE on Application Review

Please join STRIDE for a focused conversation about how we can work to recognize and reduce implicit bias, particularly during the application review process. To facilitate this conversation, the STRIDE fellows have created some original scenes to act out from the individual application review process and the search committee application review. After acting out the scenes we are going to welcome critique and discussion from our faculty peers.
