    The Learning Resources Center (LRC) is UMBC’s comprehensive undergraduate academic support program. Our mission is twofold: to provide learning assistance services that help students fulfill their goals for an undergraduate education; and to provide learning support to the academic community which enables undergraduate students to have the opportunity for an honors university experience at a research university.
