Morsi Threatens Israel With War...Obama Calls to Thank Him
Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi sent his foreign minister to Gaza to declare their open support for the Hamas terrorists who have fired 700+ rockets into Israel in the past several days.
Morsi himself, at Friday prayers, and at several other moments, warned that "the price will be high" if Israel "continues the aggression."
Obama responded by calling Morsi and thanking him for his efforts in calming the fighting, and asked if he would be willing to broker a peace deal between Hamas (which charter states as a founding principle the goal of destroying all Jews) and Israel (which has half of all the world's Jews inside its borders).

Is Obama really this clueless, or what?

"U.S. President Barack Obama called Egyptian President
Mohamed Mursi on Friday to commend the country's efforts to help calm the
situation in Israel and Gaza and underscored his hope of restoring stability
there, the White House said.
Egypt's prime minister, Hisham Kandil, has said Cairo
is prepared to mediate a truce in the growing violence between Israel and
Hamas, the Islamist group that runs the Gaza Strip. Egypt's government is
allied with Hamas, but is also party to a 1979 peace treaty with Israel."
