Come take a break from your busy work-day and experience a low-moderate
intensity level fitness workshop.
The Fitness Basics workshop provides a great balance of low-moderate level cardiovascular training, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance. You can choose to walk or jog the Indoor Track of the RAC while taking breaks in-between laps to perform basic total body strengthening exercises and stretches.
If you don't want to get too sweaty before going back to your desk or
next meeting, this is the perfect work-out for you!
