Interested in finding simple yet impactful ways to weave wellness into your professional and personal life? If so, please join faculty and staff colleagues for Wellness Wednesdays the first Wednesday of each month (September to June). Each session offers information, resources, and/or immersion into different wellness modalities that are supported at UMBC.
Tired of being behind the eight ball when it comes to balancing work and life priorities and preparing healthy meals? Become a weekend meal prep warrior! Nothing is better than coming home to home cooked meals that will last for the entire week!
In this interactive nutrition workshop and demo with campus Dietitian, Sarena Glenn, you will learn how to save time and money by using a crock pot to cook meals in bulk. You will learn strategies for budgeting, meal planning, prep, and cooking all at once but for the entire week!
Bring your own favorite crock pot recipe to share. Enjoy samples of healthy crock pot meals and walk away with recipes to try at home.
