Come join UMBC faculty and staff colleagues in learning techniques, strategies, and tools that have the ability to enhance your personal and professional effectiveness and skyrocket productivity.

Our proclivity for holding onto stuff follows us into the workplace where this habit can wreak havoc on our productivity. Join coach and licensed social worker, Amanda Morgan, ‘The Space Therapist,’ in unpacking the emotional connection to the ‘stuff’ we have in our professional and personal spaces during the session At the Corner of Clutter and Crazy: The Effect of Stuff on Emotional Well-Being. Leave with an action and practices to reduce clutter and create calm in your home and work spaces.
