Honors College Yoga is BACK!!! Keep up your spring break relaxation (or find a bit this week) with yoga on WEDNESDAY night!
Yoga is a huge stress reliever, and a great way to take a break without going to the RAC or stepping too far away from your work. Join us and Mel Freeman, a certified yoga instructor who will help you relax, re-energize, and re-focus so you can rock the rest of your week!
The class will focus on stretching, breathing, and learning a bit about yoga and the way that you can use yoga as a tool in your everyday life to re-energize and destress during a busy semester. NO experience necessary. Come in clothing you can move a little in, and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided if you don't).
