The UMBC Idea competition is designed to challenge you to
think about problems facing society and what you can do to help.If UMBC is one of the most innovative schools
in the nation, then UMBC students are just the kind of innovators that can

Ideas can be inspired by a new product or service that:

is part of a research project with commercial

is currently part of another class or team
