That’s why we created the Trust Center: to give you access to the latest Docusign security, compliance, legal, privacy, and system performance information, when and where you need it.

Sisense Security Incident Statement
04/17/2024

On April 11, Sisense announced that their data security had been compromised. Docusign incorporates Sisense software as an independent feature within Insight and CLM+ services.

At this time, there is no indication that Docusign’s implementations of Sisense or our data were impacted.

The trust and security of our customers is one of our top priorities. Out of an abundance of caution and based on guidance from both CISA and Sisense, Docusign has rotated all Sisense admin credentials. We also recommend that our customers otherwise using Sisense products rotate their Sisense user credentials as a precaution pursuant to Sisense’s recommendation.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates should the situation change.
