UMBC Internal CRM Team hosted TargetX on 10/12/16 for the onsite launch meeting. Launch went extremely well. TargetX Project Managers noted that the UMBC team was ahead of schedule. We had our first working session on Friday 10/21- Structures and Conventions, During this session, we established the framework of the CRM. Subsequent working sessions are schedule at least twice a week.
