Retriever - Repurposed

Dear UMBC Financial Data End-users,


Retriever reports retired effective March 12, 2018 concurrent with the PeopleSoft 9.2 Go-live.

 

A copy of 8.9 (old) Finance Production will be available in lieu of Retriever until June 30, 2018 to view PeopleSoft 8.9 data as of the cut-over to the new system.

REX Finance is bringing many new and exciting features to financial reports at UMBC including:

  • All funds are now included in REX-Finance reports:

    • Revolving and Self Support (1113)

    • Cost share funds (1114, and 1115)

    • Restricted (grant) funds (1253,1263)

  • Additional reports for grants (Funds 1253 and 1263) are currently available to end-users

  • Direct drill to payroll details for employee information by department

  • New folder layout and report naming conventions ease navigation
