Speeders and Aggressive Drivers

If you see me following the rules of the campus speed limits and speed signs, follow suit. When you try to swerve pass me on the UMBC circle in a limited space where no cars are parked, I will outmaneuver you since you obviously think real life driving is the same as playing "Need for Speed". I've taken your license plate down, just so you know.
